Our check in time is any time from 14H00 onwards & our check out time is 11h00.

Breakfast vouchers to the value of R 120 can be purchased for use at Lola’s Coffee shop right opposite us. Lola’s opens at 7.30 on weekdays and Saturdays, and 08.30 on Sundays. There are many excellent coffee shops on our doorstep, offering breakfast items ranging from R70 and upwards.

Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellation from our Reservations team. A 50% deposit can be taken at any time after reservation is made. This is deducted from the credit card provided. 50 % of total accommodation charge will be charged for if cancellation is made 8 – 14 days prior to arrival. 100 % of total accommodation charge will be charged for if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season Cancellation (22 December – 07 January, 5-9 February, 23-24 March). Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from Reservations team. A deposit of 50% of total accommodation charge becomes due when reservation is made. A further 50% becomes due 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% of total accommodation charge will be charged for if cancellation is 22-30 days prior to arrival. 100% of total accommodation charge will be charged for if cancellation is 0-21 days prior to arrival.
