Gate 69
Situated on the corner of Bree and Hout Streets, Gate 69 offers its guests an unforgettable Cabaret experience. Think Burlesque meets the Birdcage and you have a recipe that’s too fresh to flop. Also known as the ‘Purple palace on Bree’, Gate 69 is the perfect ‘dinner and a show’ combo – offering guests fabulous fun, delicious food and a whole lot of glamour.
Dinner is at 19h00 and the show starts at 20h00.

Alexander Bar
This elegant bar, café and theatre in one was created by playwright Nicholas Spagnoletti and software engineer Edward van Kuik. Their mission is to provide Cape Town with a unique space for conversation and creativity.
Nestled in the heart of the city bowl, Alexander Bar & Café is the perfect spot for a work lunch, after-work drink or delicious dinner before catching a show at their intimate Upstairs theatre.
The old-world charm, background jazz music and vintage décor is testimony to the owners desire to create something different, taking guests to an almost forgotten era.
Mondays to Saturdays from 11h00 to 01h00. Sundays and public holidays from 15h00 to midnight. Kitchen closes at midnight.

The Station Bar
Officially opening its doors only a few months ago (October 2016), The Station on Bree appeals to both Capetonians and international visitors, offering several themed ‘stations’ – fitted with familiar hallmarks of the United Kingdom’s famous tube system.
Guests are reminded to ‘Mind the Gap’ as they navigate the large venue’s mix of locations (coffee, cocktail, food and dance ‘stations’) - all designed to appeal to guests at different times of the day and night. Adding to the electric underground vibe is the variety of music and DJs, guest engagements, world-class coffee, signature cocktails and an epic dance floor that the space promises.
Monday: 09h00 – 17h00. Tuesday to Saturday: 09h00 until late.
